These individuals bring a wealth of technical and international expertise. They will be instrumental to growing our presence across North America and beyond. Peak has also taken this opportunity to reinforce our commitment to the 50-30 Challenge by actively advancing the diversity of our leadership team.
Sharmila Ravula (based in Silicon Valley, California) has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing for behind-the-meter renewable energy technologies. She was the VP of Business Development at AMS – a SaaS company with an AI software platform to enable strategic, optimized trading of complex energy assets in energy markets. She was also the former CCO for Bosch Building Grid Technologies group. Sharmila led customer and market development efforts for introducing DC power distribution technology and software services to commercial and industrial customers. Sharmila will be leading our Sales and Marketing teams as we expand into the American market.
Cristina Barlow (based in Ontario, with global experience) has over 20 years in sales leadership across various industries. Before joining Peak, she was Director of Partnerships with British Gas in the Hive Smart Home division. There she led a team that focused on key business growth areas including home automation and IoT in energy. She developed many significant strategic partnerships such as Thames Water, Lloyds Insurance, and Barclays Bank. Cristina will be leading our Partnerships and Business Development efforts.
Andy Redick (based in Los Angeles, California) has over 20 years of sales experience in the electronic design automation, semiconductors, and energy space. Before joining Peak Power, Andy was part of the digital solutions team at Johnson Controls doing energy optimization for both buildings and central plants. He has also worked at EnTouch Controls supporting energy savings programs in the quick serve restaurant and retail space. At BlueDot, Andy worked with AAA, Direct Energy, and other partners. Andy will be leading new business opportunities for Peak Insight and battery storage.
